In a crash?
Try to limit or avoid muscle aches, lactic acid is a heavy burden for the liver! Pace very slowly and gentle with activities you do from a place of calmness, peace or joy. Try to avoid mind-based goals that your body should achieve as if it were some sort of a to-do list. Some GET routines are too mind/goal driven and it has been proven to not work for ME/CFS. These goals are more stressful and cause you to disconnect from your body.
